Starting with a dream to cultivate our very own Northern Barbecue Culture, our kitchen is dedicated to preparing and delivering our family and friends authentic, slow smoked Canadian raised barbecue over naturally selected and harvested Ontario wood. Born and raised in the most multicultural city on the planet, we specialize in customary slow smoked barbecue typically  found down south, but with an infusion of spices and techniques passed down from our Caribbean, Asian, and Canadian heritage. Everything here is fresh, locally sourced, and we are tremendously proud of our Ontario farm raised - hormone and pesticide  free meat and produce. Welcome to Northern Barbecue, welcome to Food Fight!
